Terms & Conditions: Evnex “Fly to Christchurch & Build Your Charger” Giveaway

 

  1. Promoter
    The promoter is Evnex Limited, located at 121 Wrights Road, Addington, Christchurch, New Zealand (“Evnex”).

  2. Eligibility
    The promotion is open to licensed electricians and trade customers who:
    a. Hold a valid Evnex Australian Trade Account; and
    b. Purchase Evnex chargers (via any Evnex-approved purchase channel) during the Promotion Period. 
    c. Entrants must be 18 years or older as of the Promotion Period start date.
    d. Employees of Evnex, its related companies, and their immediate families are not eligible.  
    e. The promotion is open to residents of all Australian states and territories. 
    f. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    Note: Purchases made by an Evnex Trade Account holder — including eligible purchases made via the D2C store (e.g., E2 Flex) — will count toward the total charger purchases for entry.

  3. Promotion Period
    a. The promotion commences 12:00 AM AEDT, 20 November 2025 and closes 11:59 PM AEDT, 18 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
     b. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

  4. Entry Mechanism
    Eligible entrants automatically receive one (1) entry per Evnex charger purchased during the Promotion Period. 
    a. Entries are assigned based on Evnex’s internal sales data — no separate entry form is required
    b. Cancelled orders, product returns, refunded purchases or unpaid invoices will void associated entries.
    c. There is no limit to the number of entries an eligible account may receive.
    d. Evnex reserves the right to audit and void entries associated with fraudulent, suspicious, or reseller-driven bulk purchases.
    e. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless explicitly stated by Evnex.

  5. Prize Details
    a. There will be one (1) winner.
    b. The prize is the Evnex Christchurch Experience Trip, valued at approximately AUD $2,150–$2,450 (inc GST), depending on originating airport.
    c. Prize includes:
    - Return economy flights for one (1) person from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, or Hobart to Christchurch, NZ. 
    - For winners located in WA or NT, Evnex may either: 
    * Allow the winner to pay the fare difference above the maximum prize value; or
    * Provide a travel voucher up to the maximum prize value in lieu of full flight coverage.
    - Three (3) nights of 4-star accommodation.
    - Visit to Evnex HQ, including a build-your-own-charger session.
    - Tour of selected commercial EV charging sites.
    - A round of golf at Clearwater (or similar) with an Evnex host
    - AUD $500 spending money. 
    - One day of personal time for local exploration. 
    d. Terms:
    - The prize must be taken between 30 January 2026 and 31 March 2026 (“Travel Window”). 
    - All travel arrangements will be organised by Evnex. 
    - The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 
    - f any element of the prize becomes unavailable, Evnex may substitute it with an item or experience of equal value, which may include a travel voucher up to the maximum prize value.
  6. Prize Draw
    a. The draw will occur on 19 December 2025 at Evnex Limited, 121 Wrights Road, Addington, Christchurch..
    b. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
    c. The draw will be witnessed and documented for verification.
    d. The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within two (2) business days.
    e. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within three (3) business days, Evnex reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
    f. The confirmed winner’s name and company may be published on Evnex’s website, trade portal, or social media channels.

  7. Travel Conditions
    a. The winner must hold a valid passport and meet all New Zealand entry requirements.
    b. Travel insurance is not included and is the responsibility of the winner.
    c. The winner must travel on dates arranged by Evnex within the Travel Window.
    d. Any incidental or personal expenses not listed as inclusions are the responsibility of the winner.
    e. If the winner is unable to meet NZ entry requirements, cannot obtain a valid passport in time, or cannot travel within the Travel Window, the prize may be forfeited and a redraw may occur.

  8. Publicity & Consent
    By entering the promotion, participants agree that: 
    a. Evnex may request reasonable publicity activities including photography, filming, or interviews during the trip; and
    b. Evnex may use the winner’s name, likeness, images, testimonials, and trip footage for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without additional compensation.

  9. Limitation of Liability
    a. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, Evnex and its affiliates accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from participation in this promotion or the prize.
    b. Evnex is not liable for travel disruptions, acts of third-party suppliers, or events beyond its control. 

  10. General Conditions
    a. Evnex reserves the right to verify entries and eligibility.
    b. Evnex may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the promotion or breaches these Terms.
    c. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    d. Evnex may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
    e. The total prize value does not exceed AUD $2,250, and therefore no trade promotion permits are required in any Australian jurisdiction.
    f. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
